Chocolate and Coconut Crêpes

Ingredients
- 2 scoops Formula 1 Chocolate (26 g)
- 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix (13 g)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 whole egg
- 55 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 20 g dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 50 g raspberries
- 1 handful of coconut flakes
Preparation tips
- Place the egg whites and the whole egg in a large bowl and whisk until light and frothy.
- Add the almond milk, Formula 1 Chocolate, and the Protein Drink Mix.
- Mix well with a fork until smooth and free of lumps, creating a light pancake batter.
- Break 10 g of the dark chocolate into small pieces and gently fold them into the batter with a spatula.
- Reserve the remaining 10 g of dark chocolate for garnish.
- Heat a small amount of coconut oil in a non-stick skillet and spoon about 2 tablespoons of batter into the pan.
- Use the back of the spoon to spread the batter into a round pancake.
- Flip the pancake as soon as it has set (it cooks quickly).
- Remove the pancake once it is golden brown on both sides and repeat until all the batter has been used.
- Stack the pancakes and garnish with the remaining chocolate, raspberries, and coconut flakes before serving.
