General terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Healhty Heidi , hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and any person making a purchase from the mentalifeed website, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

1. Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define the conditions under which the Seller offers for sale the training courses available on the mentalifeed website.

2. Products and Training

The courses offered for sale are described in detail on the mentalifeed website. The content, duration and conditions of access to each course are specified. The customer acknowledges that he/she has read these details before placing an order.

3. Order

The Customer places an order online by completing the order form available on the mentalifeed website and providing the required information. The Customer acknowledges having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before proceeding with the order.

4. Prices and payment

Training prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by credit card or any other secure payment method proposed by the Vendor. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

5. Access to training

The Customer will be granted access to the training course once payment has been confirmed. Access details will be communicated to the customer by e-mail.

6. Right of withdrawal and refund

In accordance with current regulations, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order confirmation to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his decision or pay any penalties. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Customer will be reimbursed for all sums paid within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the withdrawal request.

7. Liability

The Vendor may not be held liable in the event of non-performance or improper performance of the contract due either to the Customer’s fault, or to the insurmountable and unforeseeable fault of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

8. Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
